DESCRIPTION:The Personal Development Course is an integral part of a youth member’s journey in Scouts \nThe Boroondara Summit\, or bSUMMIT\, empowers Scouts to do more\, learn more and become more through a unique program that equips them for leadership opportunities in their Patrol\, Unit and wider community. \n​The Course is distinctly designed to challenge and extend the leadership and character development of Scouts as they acknowledge\, embrace and reflect on who they are becoming as young people. Bringing together Scouts from across Boroondara and further afield to other parts of Victoria\, bSUMMIT blends fun and personal growth to create a leadership adventure like no other.
