Western Region Scout Camp
February 16 - February 18
$80Dear Scouts, Cubs, Parents, Leaders, I am inviting you to the Western Region Scout Camp 2024.
The camp will be held at the Horsham Showgrounds on Friday 16th Feb 6pm to Sunday the 18th of Feb 2:30pm 2024.
The Camp is open to all Youth Members of the Scout Unit and to all Senior Cubs, also Scout Leaders, Cub Leaders.
Activities include, Pioneering(Construction), Archery, Rafting, Heritage, Community, Wide Games, Survival.
Pioneering and Archery will be conducted by the State Teams.
Now the costs… $80 for the whole event, which covers Food, Accomodation and Activities.
If not doing activities… ie a Leader $63 which covers Accomodation and Food.
So all the Scouts, Cubs (Senior 10-11), venturers/Leaders have to bring is Tentage and sleeping gear etc. Dilly Bags.
The Event is being Catered for by a dedicated team of Leaders. Special Diets…. send me an email with your needs and I will pass on to the catering Team.
Now how to pay, pretty simple, All those wanting to go will pay into their Group account and then the group will pay me referencing the Groups Name and scout, cub and leader numbers.
Cut off date for numbers is 16th December 2023, Payment 16th Jan 2024
